With an obsession to details, from drive routes, hospitality, to a premium modular kit—we developed a highly targeted and elevated intercept drive program in 15 key markets across the country. The focus was on finding the right people in the right locations and delivering them crafted and transformative product experiences.
2017 Mazda CX-5 Travel Club
Think of it as a personal travel agency—except no planes, no trains, just crafted cars, great drives, and curated experiences. Prospects were invited to book a CX-5 via a reservation portal. Once confirmed, each prospect was sent a Travel Guide itinerary with product details, brand vision, and 4-6 points of interest suited for the CX-5. Each destination was regionalized based on the key 15 markets and included a great drive route, crafted dining establishment, design-oriented venue, and adventure spot. Our concierge handled all delivery arrangements via phone, text, and email. And our product experts provided comprehensive vehicle briefings and answered all itinerary questions.
2017 Mazda Master Craft Experience
This VIP invite experience allowed guests to explore the crafted journey of the Mazda CX-5 alongside fellow craft makers. Set within spirited artisan venues, we paralleled the process of hand-crafting products like coffee, cheese, and bread with the process of hand-crafting a vehicle—revealing a kindred spirit and ethos that could only be created by master craftsmen.
2017 Mazda CX-5 Social Media Creators
To further amplify the Mazda CX-5 journey, we co-created content with a network of social media creators. We built a content brief and allowed them to artfully elevated the CX-5 from their point of view using their cities for inspiration.
